XL Joinery are certified to manufacture Simpli Advanced® apartment entrance fire doorsets under the International Fire Consultants, (IFC), certification.

Fully compliant, dual certified Simpli Advanced® fire doorsets allow you to make a statement in your project by specifying one of our selected FSC® certified feature oak doors, with a FD30 or FD60 fire rating.

Our partnership with ASSA ABLOY has enabled us to design and manufacture pre-hung fire doorsets to the highest specification for safety, combining the best in door manufacturing and the global leader in access solutions.

Our fire doorsets have been designed to make installation as simple and easy as possible, whilst remaining safe and compliant to regulations.

Testing has been conducted on both sides of our fire doorset models, granting a formidable performance.

Testing surpasses Building Regulations Part B and EN 1634-1.

Our FD30 and FD60 doorsets have been tested to European Standards, with all testing evaluated and independently certified by the IFC.

Configured to provide the highest level of security protection for your customers, our Simpli Advanced® range has passed PAS24.

Using Secured by Design approved Yale® ironmongery and locking systems, Simpli Advanced® delivers an enhanced security performance.
